Pendulums in the latest tournament?

Here is the simple truth now that the pendulum monsters have unexpectedly been added to Dueling Network I need to decide if I want to ban them from the tournament or if I should allow them. Yet I am at ends with myself about this I can see how the mechanic can be used and it scares me that this tournament will take a turn towards more competitive rather than friendly competition which the tournament was made for. Yet I can also see it as a good way for our members to use the new game mechanics and learn how to use pendulums and how to counter them. As such I am caught between a rock and a hard place so I ask our members this. Should I allow Pendulums into the latest tournament of the Nerdalius? Yes or No.
