What To Do If Something Isn't Working On The Site
Every now and again, there's always going to be a chance that something isn't going to work the way it should on the site. When that happens, there are a few things you can try to do yourself before having to call Tech Support, and it's not overly difficult at all.
1. Refresh Your Page - It may be something as simple as refreshing the page, so make sure you give that a shot at least two or three times.
2. Clear The Cache - This is the next thing to attempt if refreshing the page doesn't seem to work. It's almost the same as refreshing the page, but it helps clear up some unneeded data. (I only know that to do it in Chrome, you press F5. This may be the same with other internet browsers, but don't take my word for it.)
3. Contact an Admin/Moderator - If you've tried to attempt the first two and the site still acts up, try to contact either an Admin or a Moderator to see if they know how to fix the problem.
If all else fails, then you should get someone to contact Tech Support. They will try their best to make sure the problem is fixed, but take note that are some things that are out of their hands.
Image Problems - If the problem consists of multiple images or icons not showing up on the site, take note that it may be the image server itself having problems, and is something the Nerdalius can not control.
Coding Problems - Although Tech Support will need basic knowledge on the coding that makes the Nerd what it is, there will be some things that they will not know until either being taught, or experimenting themselves.
