Introduction to Central District.

The Central District is the main district of the city. Located in the exact center of the city, this is where the government of the city houses all of its buildings, including, but not limited to: Central Tower, the Terminal Police Department, and the Terminal City Jail. Due to the nature of this being the seat of the government, most of the district is closed off to the general public aside from Central Park.
