Counter trap
While you control no other Set cards in your Spell & Trap Zone, when a monster(s) would be Summoned, OR when a Spell/Trap Card, or monster effect is activated: Pay 3000 LP; negate the Summon or activation, and if you do, destroy that card.

This card seems like a watered down version of solemn judgment, however the no other Set card clause seems to be pretty limiting in terms of what you can use it in, although decks like HAT LOVE these cards they can't run them because they can't activate it.

That's why I think decks like frogs, and low trap decks which only used to run treacherous trap hole, now will run this card at 1 because it's a good card if you have little to no trap cards to set and rely more on hand traps.

However that's just my opinion, what do you guys think about this card?

Honestly I really don't see a card like this getting a lot of play. The no backrow and 3000 lifepoint cost might just be a bit much. Then again it's basically Solemn Warning and Solemn Judgement combined and watered down. In a sense it can be better than Judgement because it can negate effects. If this card does see any play at all. It'll probably see it while it's sitting at 1 in decks. The card is too conditional. I really don't see it being used in competitive decks.
