Hibiki enters Terminal City

The day is bright as Hibiki is relaxing on a bench seat located in the Transit Hub he wonders happily to himself "so this is where my story starts huh,heheh feels like im in a manga right now"
He then takes out an envelope containing what seems to be his instructions on what he must do when he enters the Transit Hub.He opens it finding a small gadget which seems to be a GPS unit and a letter written in bold letters he reads it.

Dear Katama Hibiki,

It is with great pleasure that I inform you of your formal acceptance into Terminal University. You have been accepted into this university for a variety of reasons, but chiefly is that you have a power you do not yet have full mastery over. We wish to change that. In our school you will find not only knowledge, but an environment to thrive in and become the best person you can be. Enclosed is a GPS unit. Turn it on, and it will give you directions from your current location to our campus. Once you arrive, please report to the assembly hall for an important announcement about your future at the university. I hope we will be seeing you arriving at our dorms soon.

As soon as Hibiki finished reading the letter he then activated the GPS unit for the location of Terminal University "hmm not too far from here and i still got plenty of time before the ceremony starts may as well explore the city".With a smile on his face Hibiki takes out his skateboard and starts travelling with it on his way to whatever this city has in store for him.
